Karachi: A Railway police constable lost his life when he was trapped under the train while saving a child at Landhi Railway Station in Karachi, rescue sources said.
The sources said that Constable Sohail Mehmood jumped on the railway track to save a 4-year-old child, who was moving on the track. They added that Mehmood lost his life however he managed to save the child.
“His body has been shifted to hospital for legal formalities,” the sources said.
