Sukkur: Sindh Chief Minister Qaim Ali Shah has expressed concern over the decrease in number of votes registered from Sindh in new electoral rolls.

Speaking to media on Friday  at the Sukkur airport, he said he was astonished to know how Sindh’s votes decreased despite the fact that thousands of new voters get them registered.

He said that the provincial government would ask the federal government and Election Commission of Pakistan to investigate the matter.

To a question he said that like other parties the Pakistan People’s Party was also busy in preparing for election.

He said that the government would decide about the local body election after consultation with its allies.
