Karachi: Players of hockey, the Pakistan’s national game, always dream to play Olympics because after playing single match in Olympic they are entitled to “Olympian” word before their name forever.

Raj you should be ashamed of your post. Why you are cursing others? You dont have the courage to praise others? Your post is translating your state of mind… It looks you are being harrased by these pakistanis or else you are just a sick mind trying to poop out pieces of crap from your mouth.
      Go get a life.

Aoa Riz, the difference between a Pakistani and an Indian is that of a Postman and a dog, dog’s nature is to bark at the honourable postman, the postman keeps his dignity and doesn’t get down to the dog’s level.

Let’s not bark back at our Indian puppy…

    This might help, and I mean this wholeheartedly, without a shred of arrogance towards the OP;

Karachi: Players of Pakistan Hockey Team, Hockey being
Pakistan’s national game, have always dreamt of playing the Olympics, as after playing even a single game, a player earns the title of being an “Olympian”, not unlike being titled a Champion (having played a Championship) or ‘Sir’ by the Queen, a title that stays with your name forever.

Current Pakistani Hockey Team playing 2012 Olympics, have 10 new players who haven’t had the opportunity to participate in an Olympics match.

These fine young men just played their first Olympics match against Spain in London 2012, which inevitably has rewarded them with the status and honour of being an Olympian, subsequently making them pride of their family and friends alike.

Players who have been rewarded this prestigious title of being an
Olympian in the London Olympics are; Abdul Hassem Khan, Imran Shah,
Muhammad Rizwan Junior, Fareed Ahmed, Rashid Mahmood, Muhammad Tosheq,
Muhammad Waqas, Muhammad Rizwan Senior and Muhammad Omar Butt.

Since the independence of Pakistan (a nuclear state in the South East Asia) in 1947, a total of 174 hockey players have been titled “Olympians”.

So far, Pakistan has played two matches in London 2012. Their first match against Spain was a draw, however the defeated Argentina 2-0 in their second match.

We here at Newstribe wish Pakistani participants all the best in their relevant fields.

Are you trying to say rewarded or re-worded? Because neither can be used in the context you are using it in.

No disrespect but I honestly want to know if there is any editor that proof reads this, because correct spelling and grammar are crucial to an English medium journalistic media outlet, and its credibility.

       tr.v. re·word·ed, re·word·ing, re·words 1. a. To change the wording of.
      b. To state or express again in different words.2. To state or express again in the same words; repeat. So i guess both could be written!

      • Fawad Mastoi

That’s amazing Shah Sahb, now can you use it in a sentence without referring to your dictionary? I need to learn how to use it properly in my everyday work life as a commercial property manager, integrating it mostly into million dollar leases… By the way, reward and re-word are two different words meaning two different things, kind of like cord and card…
