Mumbai: It seems that faith wants Katrina Kaif and Deepika Padukone to always stay head to head on different issues. First, it was Ranbir Kapoor’s affection and now a lead role in the movie “Namak”.
Namak is the next venture of Prabhudeva, director of “Rowdy Rahthore”, and he has already confirmed Shahid Kapoor to be the hero of his film.
But when it comes to female lead, there is a lot of conflicting news. Some says that Prabhudeva wants Katrina Kaif and there are also some rumors of Prabhudeva approaching Deepika Padukone for the role.
But he has not revealed anything yet and said, “I can’t confirm the (female) actor’s name right now. We are in talks with multiple ladies, so let’s see who we finally rope in. There’s still some time to go.”
This movie will also launch Girish Taurania and Shruti Hassan but as far as female lead is concerned, there is no confirm news yet.
