FIA team to be sent to UK to probe passport scandal: Malik

Islamabad: Interior Minister Rehman Malik has said that a probe team would go to London to investigate passport scandal.

Speaking to media on Thursday outside the parliament house, he said that  a team of Federal Investigation Agency (FIA) would soon leave for London.

Malik said that the FIA team would also meet key character of passport scandal Assad Ali, under cover man of UK newspaper The Sun.

 To a question, he said that Abid Chaudhry and Raqeeb would also be arrested soon.

He claimed that Abid Chaudhry, Raqeeb and Assad Ali lived in a same neighborhood.
