Rawalpindi: A local court on Monday extended interim bail of MNA Abdul Qadir Ali Gilani and federal minister Makhdum Shahabuddin in ephedrine quota case.
The court asked the accused to appear before the (ANF) and record their statement with the Anti-Narcotics Force (ANF).
The case was heared nu Justice Najmul Hassan who extended the bail till August 6.
Abdul Qadir Gilani, a son of former prime minister Yousuf Raza Gilani, is also an accused in the case, involving Rs 7 billion.
It was the same scam which cost Makhdum Shahabuddin premiership of the country as an arrest warrant was issued for him hours before he was to take oath as PM.
