Peshawar: Unknown men hurled a hand grenade at the residence of Aftab Ahmed Khan Sherpao, former interior minister and chief of his own faction of the Pakistan People’s Party (PPP-S), injuring a man on Tuesday.
The attackers fled the scene following the attack. Police said Mr Sherpao was not present at his house when the attack tool place.
Police rushed to the spot and cordoned of the area. Police were investigating the case.
