Google likely to ban Torrent, RapidShare and Megaupload keywords

Paris: Google is likely to censor keywords including Torrent, RapidShare and Megaupload after a would-be rulling from French Supreme Court.

Google has been fighting in French courts against the music industry group SNEP, reports The Techno Tribe quoting TorrentFreak.

It seems that web Giant who is already battling many cases around the world including United States has to bear another brunt by banning keywords mentioned.

The judges note that Google is indirectly helping out copyright violations by failing to filter these keywords.

Since filing the case in 2012, SNEP has argued during the case that Google is facilitating piracy by not filtering those search keywords.Actually Google is allowing searchers to find torrents and the two named websites.

it means now it will the fall of google. because every product has its life and have to fall down/discrete/invalid one day. every product has its life cycle, and that is divided into 4 phases; i.e, INTRODUCTION, GROWTH, MATURITY AND DECLINE.

They can’t even secure their own item to be stolen by making it tough to
crack or register illegally. Just crying to the court “Mama he (Google)
is telling people that there is someone who is intelligent to me” how
can you say yourself elite or professional if some other programmer
without as much knowledge as yours can crack your products.Just crying will not solve it, what about other website people can publish their websites by other methods like, Using twitter, facebook, ping interest, google + and others, So will you fight them as well?
