LHC moved against Punjab doctors’ strike

Lahore: The ongoing strike of Young Doctors’ Association (YADA) has been challenged in Lahore High Court (LHC).

Azhar Siddique Advocate, the petitioner, on Frdiay pleaded the court to take strict notice of the strike as it was against the constitution and the basic rights.

He also requested the LHC to cancel the licenses of the protesting doctors and held them responsible for the deaths (if any) occurred due to their strike.

Meanwhile, the patients continued to suffer in Pakistan most populous province of Punjab as the doctors is continued on 12th successive day.

    yes the minimum punishment for such doctor who dont save patient’s life should be revocation of MBBS degree. when he/she will work in any other profession then he/she will be much more enlightened, so called educated society will know true meanings of life. Further more, if a patient is died due to a doctor’s negligence, doctor should be charged with murder case 302. that should fix the things, we dont need such doctors in our country who work for only money. being paid higher salaries than 90% of other department’s equalent grades, they still strike, shame on them, shame shame shame. they dont value human life,
