The apex court bench comprising Justice Nasir-ul-Mulk, Justice Asif Saeed Khosa, and Justice Azmat Saeed Sheikh was hearing the case.
During the hearing the bench directed the Attorney General of Pakistan Irfan Qadir to consult with the PM about the case and inform the court on July 12.
The court also reviewed the matter of beyond the rule appointment of Adnan Khwaja as Chairman OGDCL and Ahmad Riaz Sheikh as Additional Director FIA by the former Prime Minister Gilani.
