Karachi: A local court on Thursday ordered police to register FIR against Chaudhry Aslam, Senior Superintendent Police (SSP) and Pakistan people’s Party lawmakers Nabil Gabol, Rafique engineer and Saleem Hanguro for their alleged involvement in the killing of people during Lyari operation.
Residents of Lyari Abbdur Razzaq Lasi, Imran and others had filed six application in the court of Additional Session Judge South Shahid Hassan Chandio.
The judge directed the SHO of Kalakot to register an FIA against the accused in the light of statements of applicants as per law.
