Islamabad: Zahid Bukhari, lawyer for Malik Riaz Hussain. on Saturday filed an application in the Supreme Court of Pakistan, requesting that a larger be constituted to hear Arsalan Chaudhry case.

Bukhari on Friday said  Malik Riaz would appear before the Supreme Court soon after coming back from London.

It is to mention here that Mr Zahid Bukhari has reputation for taking unpopular cases as that of CIA agent Raymond Davis  and Hussain Haqqani.

   He is now representing property tycoon Malik Riaza, who alleged that Arsalan Chaudry has been blackmailing him and received 30 to 40  million.
