Islamabad: Pakistan People’s Party (PPP) leader and lawyer for Prime Minister Yousuf Raza Gilani, Barrister Aitzaz Ahsan has said that appeal would not be file against the Supreme Court verdict against the prime minister in contempt case.

He said the decision was taken after the consultation of the president, prime minister and other senior  leaders of the PPP.

Aitzaz Ahsan was speaking to media on Saturday.

It is to mention here that today (Saturday) is the last day for the Mr Gilani to file an appeal against his conviction. The deadline will end at 12:00 p.m
