Karachi: At least three people have been gunned down in different parts of Karachi, media reports said on Monday.

According to reports, two people were shot dead in Paposh Nagar area of Nazimabad. Bodies of the deceased were shifted to Abbasi  Shaheed Hospital for autopsy.

Unknown armed men shot dead a trader in Muhahid Colony and managed to escape.Enraged people took to the streets and staged protest against the killing.

According to reports, police and Rangers rushed to the spot when two groups exchanged firing following the killing of the trader.

The law enforcers were trying to bring the situation under control.
