Peshawar: At least two private security guards injured when bomb exploded near a police check-post in Hyatabad area of Peshawar on Thursday.
According to details, the incident took place in Industrial Estate area and a bomb was planted near the check-post.
Rescue workers and heavy contingent of police rushed to the post and cordoned off the area. The injured were shifted to Hyatabad Medical Complex.
SP Cantt Shabiul Hassan told media that policemen were deployed in the area but those who inured were private security guards. He said the blast was of minor intensity.
