Karachi: At least two people were killed in Baldia town area of Karachi in firing incidents, taking the death toll to four during last few hours in the metropolis on Wednesday.
In another incident unknown armed men opened fire on two buses in Gulistan-e-Jahur, injuring at least three people.
According to TV reports, six people on three bikes attacked two buses and a CNG station and fled the scene after Rangers arrived on the spot.
Reports said that the armed men got off the bikes and entered a bus G-18 and opened fire.
In the meantime they also opened fire on another bus of the same route and proceeded to a CNG station, apparently trying to shut the fueling station.
Media reports said at least three people, including a driver were injured. The injured were shifted to a nearby hospital. They said the incident took place near Safoora Chowrangi.
