Pakistan Bar Council gives strike call against May,12 mayhem

Islamabad:The Pakistan Bar Council has given country-wide strike call on Saturday against May 12 Karachi carnage.

The PBC demanded of Chief Justice Iftikhar Muhammad Chaudhry  to take notice of May 12 incidents and bring the culprits to justice.

More than 50 people were killed and several others injured on May 12, 2007 over the arrival of Justice Chaudhry in Karachi, during lawyers movement that began after military ruler Pervez Musharraf sought resignation from the CJ.
