Islamabad: The minister of water and power has announced to end unscheduled load shedding in the country.
According to a statement issued here on Friday, a spokesman said that Rs 7 billion has been issued to the Pakistan State Oil (PSO) and Thermal Power Houses have been directed to increase electricity generation.
He said that generation of 2,000 megawatt electricity would be started within two days, adding that shortfall of power has dropped to 4,000.
