Lahore: The Pakistan Muslim League-Nawaz has postponed its scheduled anti-Gilani campaign, media reports said on Friday.
According to reports the PML-N has decided to wait for the detailed judgment of the Supreme Court of Pakistan against the prime minister in contempt case.
A protest rally scheduled on May,9 has also been postponed as part of party’s decision. According to the reports the Nawaz-League would devise new course of action following the apex court detailed judgment.
It is to mention here that the PML-N had announced a country-wide protest movement to press the prime minister to step down after being convicted. However, it was given cold shoulder by the other opposition parties in and outside the Parliament.
