Quetta: The Supreme Court of Pakistan on Friday continued a case pertaining to law and order situation in Balochistan and missing people of the province, for the fourth consecutive day here in Quetta.

A three-member bench of the apex court headed by Chief Justice Iftikhar Muhammad Chaudhry was hearing the case.

Three people Doha Khan, Safar Khan and Fazal Karim who had gone missing last month were rpoduiced before the bench.

The court on Thursday had said that officer of police and intelligence agencies would be sacked if the missing people were not presented in the court.

The court annoyed over the absence of sector commander of secret agencies and remarked that if the IG police could appear before the bench why they couldn’t.

He said that police had no courage to speak truth about the missing people. The Chief Justice told IG that he had handed over a 13-year old child to agencies dubbing him as target killers. He asked the IGH to produce the child wherever he might be.

Justice Chaudhry remarked that the bench might cancel its travelling to Islamabad.
