Pakistan deports Bin Laden’s family to Saudi Arabia

Islamabad: Three widows and eleven children of slain al-Qaida Chief Osama Bin Laden has left for Saudi Arabia from Islamabad, capital of Pakistan, sources said on Thursday.

The sources said that the families would travel to Jeddah where the youngest widow Amal-al-Sada would then leave for Yemen.

“The families were shifted to Islamabad airport from sector G-6 in Islamabad under the strict security measurements,” they added.

Pakistan’s Interior Ministry has confirmed the news and said that the family was deported on the orders of the court.

Earlier a Saudi plane arrived Pakistan to carry the families.

It is to be mentioned here that the family was detained by Pakistani authorities after a US raid in Abbotabad area of Pakistan which killed the al-Qaida chief.
