Islamabad: National Electricity Power Regularity Authority (Nepra) has raised power tariff by Rs2.38 per unit. A notification will be issued soon in this regard by Federal Ministry for Water and Power.
The decision was taken due to price hike in Furnace Oil in international market.
According to the authority, the approval has been given in terms of fuel adjustment charges for the months of February and March.
