Lahore: Pakistan Tehreek-e-Insaf Chairman Imran Khan said on Sunday he had blazed a trail by staging a remarkable rally in Quetta, now it was time for Zardari to follow suit.
Talking to media at Lahore airport, Khan said no party could arrange a rally in the province, adding that PTI had hoisted flag at such a place where national anthem was not sung at schools. “We were happy to see that people came out of their houses to become a part of the rally,” he added.
“PTI staged the first ever demonstration for missing persons back in 2003, you go and see our track record. We believe that this phenomenon is a violation of human rights.”
