Skardu: Pakistan’s army chief on Wednesday said all outstanding issues with India, including Siachen, should be resolved through dialogue.
Talking to media during his visit to Gyari sector on Wednesday, the army chief said that Siachen war front was ‘difficult’ for both India and Pakistan.
“World knows India first sent troops to Siachen which subsequently prompted Pakistan to do so ,” he said.
Kayani said that the Pak army would continue scarifying in the line of duty.
He said that both Pakistan and India should live together with peace. The military chief termed Gyari sector avalanche incident as a disaster and added that all efforts and resources would be put up in carrying out rescue and search operation.
