Kabul: A suicide bomber killed two people and injured six others in Kisham district in northern Afghan province of Badakhshan on Thursday.
According to sources, the bomber detonated his jacket next to a girls’ school in Kisham district, killing two people including a civilian and a commander of local police and injuring six others, all civilians.
The head of health department in Kisham district, Faizul Rahman Ahmadi, said that 17 wounded civilians had been taken to hospital for medical treatment.
