Murree: Chief Justice of Pakistan Ifthikhar Muhammad Choudhry has announced to form green bench in the apex court to hear cases regarding environment.
Addressing the South Asian Conference for Environmental Justice, the CJ said that better environment was a basic right of every citizen, adding that he would give suggestion to government to make constitutional amendment for the protection of environment.
