A model, actor, radio presenter and a morning show host, isn’t that all that merely define this fabulous person. There are some marvelous things about this person that very few people know. He is motivated, ambitious, aspiring and stunning. He is very much down to earth and a humble person. While talking to The News Tribe, he talked about himself and his life:
The News Tribe (TNT): Tell about your education and background.
Saqlain: I have done masters in Multimedia from Faisalabad.
TNT: How and when did you enter media?
Saqlain: Media is what that defines me best. I used to think about renowned celebrities that how they have made a big name in media. I am a customary artist. Except media, I can’t do anything else.
TNT: Who are your role models/mentors in media?
Saqlain: They are Tauseeq Haider, Kanwal Naseer, Nargis Rasheed, Syed Aal-e-Imran and Omar Jaffri.
TNT: Tell about your radio experience.
Saqlain: Radio is something out of this world for me. It is something I can’t imagine my life without. The biggest grooming in me came from radio, so can’t leave it at any cost. I have worked on many FMs so far. The craziest moments for me are when I am on air.
TNT: What are some of the things you dislike being an artist in media?
Saqlain: I hate people doing little and taking credit of everything in media. This happens many times.
TNT: Out of TV and radio, what platform you find more interesting and why?
Saqlain: Both are interesting and can’t leave anyone of them. LOL
TNT: What are some of the things that media should really get rid off?
Saqlain: Media needs to be a bit more mature and responsible in terms of many things. It has to look beyond glamour and charm. It needs to focus more on training people.
TNT: What are your hobbies and pastimes?
Saqlain: I love reading books on history and research.
TNT: What acts as your basic inspiration in media?
Saqlain: I draw my inspiration from everything around me. J
TNT: What’s your philosophy of life?
Saqlain: To give love and respect but don’t expect the same in return.
TNT: What is your secret ambition?
Saqlain: To make my dad proud of me. Shhh don’t tell anyone

Saqlain: I don’t want to change anything about myself, but just want to make them turn right.

Saqlain: Its Kurta shalwar and jeans

Saqlain: My mother is my craziest fan

Saqlain: Qeema Aloo and paratha made by my mom

Saqlain: It’s to be on top

Saqlain: It’s to be a good son and a caring brother.

Saqlain: Reading books and watching movies

Saqlain: When my parents saw me on television for the first time, which was an unforgettable moment for me.

Saqlain: I admire people who are caring and who give respect to others.
