Heavy rain, snowfall predicted in parts of Pakistan

Islamabad: The Pakistan Metrological Department (PMD) has forecasted rain and snowfall in different areas of Pakistan.

According to The News Tribe correspondent the met department forecasted rain in Islamabad, Upper Punjab and Khyber Pakhtunkhua from evening while heavy snowfall was predicted in Murree, Kashmir, Gilgit-Baltistan and Gilyat areas of Pakistan. The PMD had forecasted that a strong winter wave would enter Baluchistan today.

Earlier heavy snowfall in Kashmir, Gilgit-Baltistan and Murree had blocked the roads causing difficulties for the people to travel.
