Karachi: The District and Session Court of Malir has issued the release orders of Mohajir Qaumi Movement (H) Chairmain here on Saturday.
Judge, Munawwar Sultana has released the orders of release and the administrators of central jail have received the orders.
Earlier on December 16, Sindh High Court ordered that Afaq Ahmed be immediatly released if he is not wanted in any other case and declared his detention under Maintenance of Public Order (MPO) null and void.
