Karachi: The Muttahida Qaumi Movement has said that Urdu speaking citizens were being killed in Lyari by gang war terrorists.

Speaking at a press conference on Thursday, MQM leader Raza Haroon said that Urdu speaking people were being abducted and killed after identification in Old City areas of the metropolis.

He said that Urdu speaking community was massacred by the terrorists. He lamented that the government by patronizing the Lyari gang war criminals and law enforcement agencies by playing role of silent spectators had proved that the certain areas of Karachi had been handed over to the terrorists.

Haroon said that the criminals wanted to sabotage reconciliation process between the MQM and the PPP.
