Indian military men killed three young Kashmiris the other day in Shopian and Sopore, a news agency reported. 
Indian troops, together with police, cordoned off Shopian and Sopore, claiming that militants were hiding there. After killing the youngsters, military and police claimed that the three were planning attacks on the military.
But local people said the three were ordinary citizens and had nothing to do with militancy.
